stay-fit-and-live asked: How did the run go????
The run went absolutely AMAZING! I aimed for a finish time of 1hour15mins… I did it in 54 flippin minutes!!! I came 49th in my age division of 19-29 year olds and placed 414 overall out of nearly 3000 people! I trained so hard for it and it paid off beyond what I could of ever personally anticipated. :) thank you for asking. it’s one of my most proudest moments ever crossing that finishing line and knowing that, at the same time last year I would of just laughed if anyone told me what I was going to achieve… :)
I am about to run my first ever fun run - 8km. I am so nervous! I have been training all year for this omg ahehrbd$:8474!hdjajashdj!!
Hi, I’m a girl who just bench pressed her own body weight
somuchgay asked: Okay, ONE you're gorgeous, TWO you are a HUGE inspiration!!! LOOK AT YOUR ABS! How long did it take to see progress??
Omg. thank youuu<3 :) After the initial bulk of the weight loss, the abs themselves have taken 5 solid months to develop - under a layer of fat to begin with, but I still worked on them none the less. I started to actually feel them under the fat a few months ago but couldn’t see them yet so I kept working on them as well as lowering my bf% and in the last month they have just really started to pop. :) Soooo much hard work and dedication but SO worth every damn second.
